I used to read a lot of Crowley and Spare.  Peter Carroll’s ‘Liber Null & Psychonaut’ and ‘Liber Kaos’  were favorites in college.  ’Practical Sigil Magic’ by Frater U.D. is an excellent step-by-step guide for anyone interested in applying Spare’s Theory of Sigils.  However, I wouldn’t recommend getting too obsessed with it.

the grip of this stuff on my imagination has loosened a bit except on bad days, though i was more of a greek myth guy anyway. i did do some reading around a bit must mostely it felt like direct contact and a kind of agency where i felt spirits and forces were acting though me. These days, i have more a kind of telepathy problem with spirits unknown. I say unknown because, even though these telepathic contacts seem to be particular people, i know this is impossible. I feel quite comfortable with it seeming anonymous, it seems better and less scary than it being for real. I can get whole days of it where i have to remind myself again and again that it’s basicly a voice-like symptom and i should then ignore it as far as possible. i also had a little think about hero-consciousness, in particular the celtic hero Cuchuliann. I do not think about that stuff either much any more and i’m not even sure i’ve spelt his name right!!! — kelsey

It was pretty easy to convince 75% of America that we just HAD TO HAVE this war.  I don’t think we would have had 25% support before 911.  A little tweak here, a little tragedy there and VOILA WAR! > > Before the war my husband told me that he read that the War was really > about > > gaining control over some ancient artifacts found in Iraq that contained > > some ancient, powerful knowledge.  I thought that was a bit far-fetched, > but > > then after the war when all the artifacts were looted I read an article > that > > said that it appeared to be the work of professionals because they knew > > exactly what they were looking for.  I said hmmmm > > Anyway, more than you asked for, but yeah I believe in conspiracy. > What direct effect would this have on us?

I have no idea.  I don’t know what the artifacts were that they wanted.  But I do believe that there were highly advanced ancient civilizations that had technology that we don’t have today.  It operates on different principles than our science.  Even Nicola Tesla claimed that his inventions were not his own ideas, but came from ancient knowledge.  Who knows what they found, but Iraq is in the territory of the oldest civilization known to humanity, if this stuff still exists this is where it’s going to be found.  AND they certainly wouldn’t want some third world dictator getting his hands on this stuff.

Ok, the Kosher, compasses and commie literature can go, but I simply CAN’T live without triangles!

I try to see things from their perspective.  I think it is much harder to keep track of the masses these days let alone control them.  I would be more worried about money in the wrong hands.  That is the biggest control of all. The spiritual golden rule is – treat others as you would have them treat you.  The wordly golden rule is – those who have the gold make the rules. > Before the war my husband told me that he read that the War was really about > gaining control over some ancient artifacts found in Iraq that contained > some ancient, powerful knowledge.  I thought that was a bit far-fetched, but > then after the war when all the artifacts were looted I read an article that > said that it appeared to be the work of professionals because they knew > exactly what they were looking for.  I said hmmmm > Anyway, more than you asked for, but yeah I believe in conspiracy.

What direct effect would this have on us?

Response:

Do you "know" personally any Jews, Jesuits, Freemasons, Marxists? Are they together on any conspiracy; is that what you are implying? If so, don’t donate any money to ‘em. Boycott Kosher, compasses, triangles, and commie literature. "Roman Sharky" <r…@att.net> wrote in message

Yup I believe in all of that stuff and I believe that it dates back to very ancient times and that the hidden/occult knowledge was actually scientific knowledge that allowed ancient people to track the stars, tell time, build monuments etc… Much of this information was lost, or deliberately destroyed or hidden so that the power could be consentrated in the hands of a few and used to control the masses. Before the war my husband told me that he read that the War was really about gaining control over some ancient artifacts found in Iraq that contained some ancient, powerful knowledge.  I thought that was a bit far-fetched, but then after the war when all the artifacts were looted I read an article that said that it appeared to be the work of professionals because they knew exactly what they were looking for.  I said hmmmm Anyway, more than you asked for, but yeah I believe in conspiracy.
