Transcripts of FBI wiretaps obtained by Fox News also point to the possibility that President Clinton may have known of both the illegal donations and what was to be said if they were discovered. Mark Wilson/Reuters Congress was unaware Johnny Chung had been told above all else, don’t say anything about Loral and Hughes A great deal of China’s illegal contributions to 1996 Democratic campaigns passed through Johnny Chung, a Taiwan-born U.S. citizen who received $300,000 from the head of Chinese military intelligence to be given to the Democratic National Committee and Clinton’s re-election campaign. When the contributions were discovered, Chung was charged with making illegal donations, and later pleaded guilty. Chung last week told Congress he was under orders from the Chinese to keep the whole thing quiet. His orders, he said, came from a suspected Chinese intelligence operative named Robert Luu, who worked for a Los Angeles law firm. In a phone conversation tapped by the FBI, Chung was told by Luu to say the campaign money came from the so-called princelings: Chinese leaders’ grown sons, who live, study and often live lavishly in the West. A transcript of the wiretap, obtained by Fox News, contains the following: Luu: "Shove the blame on the shoulders of the princelings." Chung: "So blame it on the princelings. Do not implicate the Chinese government." Luu: "Yes. Chairman Jiang agreed to handle it like this; the president over here also agreed." Since both men were in the United States when the call occurred, those words; "the president over here also agreed"; may indicate that President Clinton and China’s President Jiang Zemin had agreed on how to spin the story if it got out. (END EXCERPT)   Given that Luu himself referred to Jiang Zemin as "chairman" further underscores that the "President over here" (meaning the USA) who approved of the plan to conceal the true source of the illegal donations is William Jefferson Clinton.   Which means that Bill Clinton knew all along that the money he was accepting came from the Chinese government.   And, he conspired with that government to conceal the truth from the American public.   And given that the above information from the FBI wiretap does NOT appear in the released version of the Cox Report, it’s clear that the entire Congress has cooperated in an attempt to conceal from the public the true nature of the scandal. The 30% of the Cox Report that has been withheld from the public does not conceal espionage, it conceals treason!   China has, by virtue of policy changes brought about by Bill Clinton after accepting illegal Chinese campaign donations, obtained access to missile and computer technology that has allowed them to skip a generation of development. At the same time, efforts to stop the leakage of secrets from Los Alamos were blocked when Bill Clinton’s Attorney General, Janet Reno, refused a request for a wiretap on the phone of Wen Ho Lee, the only refusal for such a wiretap that entire year. Reno’s claim that there was insufficient reason to suspect Wen Ho Lee falls apart in the face of his prior failure of a lie detector test.   And now evidence surfaces in the form of an FBI wiretap (one that Reno was unable to interfere with) that suggests that the Chinese efforts to conceal their operation was in fact being done with the full knowledge and permission of the President.   For generations, Americans endured higher taxes to pay for defense. More than just the actual weapons, what we all paid for was the technological lead over other nations; the ability to be able to do things other nations could not. It is prudent that our own corporations, such as Hughes and Loral, should be able to commercialize on that technology base, but in the end, that technological lead is itself the property of the American taxpayer. You paid for it. You own it.   But Bill Clinton has traded away that technology lead for his 1996 campaign funds. What he did is no different than a burglar who comes into your home, and steals your TV to sell at the pawnshop. You’re going to have to buy a new TV. And you’re going to have to spend money again to re-establish a technology lead. Already there are calls in congress for renewed weapons development spending; spending which would not have been needed had the existing safeguards on exports been sabotaged by Bill Clinton, and Chinese agents protected by Janet Reno.   Think about that.   You are going to pay even higher taxes in the future because of what Bill Clinton bartered away for his 1996 campaign funds.   Think about this as well. The cold war is back. We have nuclear missiles pointed at us again by a nation which  has already threatened to nuke Los Angeles. Our troops in the field are at greater risk. The technology lead we paid to armor them with is gone. Bill doesn’t care. He loathes the military; he’s so stated in writing.   In the past I have made many requests from the readers here on the net. Time and again you have responded.   You responded when James Sanders needed your help.   You responded when we needed to knock a few points off of the GE stock to force the airing of the Juanita Broaddrick interview on NBC.   And you succeeded in shouting down the paid phone banks and letter-factories of the public relations firms to help bring about the second impeachment of a sitting US President.   I need your help again.   This time, the paid phone banks and letter-factories don’t have an argument. They cannot say that this is the President’s private affair. They cannot say that this is all "just about sex" and it’s just "perjury about sex".   It’s about treason.   Bill Clinton sold out our national safety for a campaign donation. He helped cover-it up. And Congress has helped him do it by concealing 30% of the Cox Report form the very people who paid for it.   You own 100% of that document. You have a right to see 100% of it, not just the 70% that the politicians think is okay to release. There is no accountability with just 70% of anything.   It’s time to pick up those phones again and start calling the media and your congress-scum.   It’s time to get mad.   It’s time to start giving orders to the congress. They work for you. You are their boss. Start acting like it. Make them afraid of losing more than just your vote.   DEMAND the release of the full Cox Report. Tell them in no uncertain terms that any congress-critter that fails to call for the full release of the Cox Report and it’s supporting documents will be assumed to be an accessory to treason.   DEMAND a full investigation into just why Bill Clinton agreed to the plan of concealing the Chinese donations by blaming the "princelings".   DEMAND another impeachment.   Then call your local media and suggest they run the FoxNews/Reuters story.   There was more to the story I did not include.
