"First Run" of the SW Xmas Special?  I don’t think it’s ever been seen since has it?  A friend of mine looked for it on video, and was told it doesn’t exist. Mike

I liked Chewies’s retarded family from the "Star Wars Christmas Special". I am actually old enuff to have seen that in first run back in 78. I was very young though–and the wookies scared me. I’m still in therapy about it. Im just pissed that the new "special edition" Return of the Jedi" didnt include extra footage of Princess Leia in her little go go costume. Fooie!

yes indeedie! it was never seen again. Actually, I thought I dreamed the whole thing till I heard someone else mention it. And yes, it is out on video. Check out a review of it at a website called "Stomp Tokyo"–I’ll send u a link via e-mail. Its a really cool site that reviews crappy videos.

right, the good thing to keep in mind is having a day job that is very flexible. Since you work in computers..do you work from home? you have a good profession to get into this field with. I believe I’ve got what it takes, if not … then well, hey , back into my 9-5 job (from HELL). iT = Information Technology Acting/Drama was my first choice way back then, but I promised my dear mother I’d get a proper job ;) Now it’s time to change! Hi. I have and still am, working in the iT industry. This has been my bread & butter for 15 years and now wish to make a major career change, into Acting. It is something I was considering before going into the iT industry, enjoyed during my college years and I did a play with the Bush Telegraph Theatre Company.
