I’m not pissed off at the Wolfdens people,.. But I’m real upset! I just cannot believe these screenplay writers, producers, directors and actors *allow* themselves to let a bunch of file cabinet clerks to CAST MOVIES!!! Then they wonder why the filmed bombed! It’s not the screenplay writers fault, those scripts have gone through a fine tooth comb. It’s not the producers, directors or actors fault, … it’s who you *allow* to put the ingredients that bake the cake, a bunch of casting directors who can’t cook! Movies are no different from any other American product. It’s all about Quality control. And you cannot let a bunch of uncreative, incompetent, file clerks decide who gets the part. That job should be handled by only the producer, the director and the writers, no one else. You need to *remove* the Casting Directors system that is in place now. The producer, the director and the writer need to be there from the very beginning of casting, and that means, The Director, The Producer and The Writers open up the headshots that are submitted, and no one else! You do that, and there is no such thing as a movie bombing at the box office. I even heard Casting Directors arguing with Producers and Directors who should be in the movie, NOW THAT’S INSANE!   Can you imagine a file clerk telling a director who should be cast? That is what happening now. That’s gotta end. All I know if an Artist is painting a scene on canvas, he is not going to ask a file clerk , "What colors should I use?" And that is what you have in Hollywood today, a bunch of screen writers, producers and directors asking each other, "Howie gonna cast dis thing??" The Starmaker "Howie gonna cast dis thing??" This time I happen to be writing an article on "How To" quickly become a Leading Actor simply by getting a few friends together and a camcorder, ..giving yourself the Lead, having one director friend film you with just One other actor, and have another friend be the casting director. Sounds like what I do. Minus the casting director.

Have your mother be the casting director. Does she have File Clerk experience? Just show her what a file cabinet looks like and have her file a folder, that would qualify her. Then when you are finished filming, list it in the IMDB, and put it on your resume. What? What what what?!! How do I do that? This sounds good… or is it usual Starmaker bs? How can I list my stuff on IMDB?

Since no one has come forth, or some may feel they are impervious to answer the question, then I’m just going to have to tell you  what I really think. I think this guy, I call him, Mr. Goodie Two Shoes, also known as Billy Damota or castboy who just happens be a member of Casting Society of America (CSA) I call them the File Cabinet people I think this guy is going around telling everyone that he does not help his girfriend actress get work. I don’t know why casting directors feel they have to tell everyone that. Every time I run across a casting director who is either dating an actor/actress, or banging one, or worse yet, married to one, …I get the same old story. They all seem to have to feel they have to anounce to everyone that they don’t help their mate get work. Other actors who date other actors or produers, directors and screenwriters don’t seem to have that problem! Everybody knows if an actor is dating, banging or married to a producer, director, screenwriter, etc, .. it’s only for one reason, the work. But for some reason, I’m not sure of, …maybe it’s the stigma of the ‘casting coach’, …but for some reason..casting directors feel they got to prove to everyone they are not helping the actor/actress get work. It’s hipocracy to me. I mean, get with it already, who are they trying to fool. Believe it or not, whenever I’m talking to an actor/actress in Hollywood, and they happen to mention Billy Damota’s name, …they usually tell me in a whisper "He’s dating an actress!" Like it’s Cancer or something! Maybe it’s Taboo, I don’t know…but I think that explains why her named was removed. I don’t think he wants there to be any *traces* or edvidence that the two of them are associated with the same project. It would be hypocritical if he’s going around telling everyone in town that she gets all the work on her own without his help. That could explain why her credit disapeared all of a sudden. But that is soooooo tacky! I mean, the poor girl…why couldn’t he remove his name instead of hers? What did they do, flip a coin? I don’t know what the hell is going on here. It could be anything! Maybe it’s as simple as just a "casting coach" situation that got out of hand and she won’t fuckin leave!!!! Anyone care to speculate, or is everyone afraid of Never Working In This Town Again?
