DEMOCRATS OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE How can you take an oath to be impartial, then vote to dismiss the charges prior to hearing all of the evidence?

Easy. Even if all the claims are true, they do not reach the level of a "high crime and misdemeanor." A very large majority of experts on the Constitution have told us that – how did you miss it? It was in all the papers.   And why do they want to limit wit- nesses? Also, I hope the Democrats and the Republicans don’t think that we believe this charade they are perpetrating against us: they are nothing more than paid political prostitutes for the robber barons. THE PRESIDENT "SHALL" BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE IF CONVICTED. AND SINCE WHEN DOES A MISDEMEANOR NOT REACH THE HIGH STANDARD OF A FELONY.

Sedition: trying to turn our Constitutional Republic into a Dictatorship, with his illegal Executive Orders, and allowing bureaucrats to make laws. Unconstitutional use of our taxes: by subsidizing the robber barons (IMF, World Bank, Export Bank, etc.); while the poor have their Welfare benefits taken away, are thrown out of public housing, there jobs being exported to foreigners, etc), our infrastructure going to pot, and our children having to learn in schools that are crumbling around them. Accepting gratuities while in office: his legal defense fund (Sherman Adams – a government official – was removed from office, for accepting a vicuna coat). Whitewater gate, travelgate, filegate, perjury, obstruction of justice, subournation of perjury, witness tampering, abuse of power, violation of RICO, etc. Most important of all: the man is a sociopath who uses poor judgement.  He is a threat to our vital and national interests, and is not fit to serve in office. Charges are usu. dismissed when a judge finds they have no merits. Obviously, the Dems believe the charges have no merits…  Remember that the Senators are both jury *and* judge..  It’s perfectly feasible for them to be voting on this issue (& many other issues..), and of course perfectly feasible that they will not always agree on stuff.  Nobody who’s observing this trial believes there will be 12 Democrats who’ll convict Clinton…  So many feel the trial should not be lengthened unnecessarily.. : Also, I hope the Democrats and the Republicans don’t think that we believe : this charade they are perpetrating against us: they are nothing more than : paid political prostitutes for the robber barons. You know what would happen in a regular trial if a juror expressed the same sentiment (i.e., that the trial should be dismissed because the defendant was obviously not guilty)? He’d be tossed out of the jury and they’d start anyway.
