Imagine waking up in the morning and making the commute from your bedroom to your own home office, Imagine not having to get out of bed until you want too, not having to fight rush hour traffic or put up with unreasonable demands from the people at work, Imagine working only with people you want too. Sounds too good to be true?  It’s not, hundreds and thousands of peoplethroughout the world are taking advantage in the explosion in home based Business.  Some of them are looking for wealth and others to create another Stream of income.   So the idea of working out of your home to build a business, sounds great but, what kind of business?  It’s best to identify a trend that spiralling upwards. As we have seen in the newspapers, TV and bill boards everywhere health and nutrition is on everybody’s mind, therefore this trend is definitely on the rise. The typical person in the work place trades hours for pounds, it’s a sad truth that this system simply does not work to provide financial freedom.  Most people find themselves broke at an age when they should be retiring and enjoying life. What do we do? Work overtime hours sacrificing our time spent with the family, take a second job and get more of the same, we could make investments or start a traditional business, if we had the money to risk, lots of money, how about franchising, great concept if you have a huge amount of money for start up costs and don’t mind working many hours each day to possibly see a return in a few years.  A man I greatly respect, Robert Allan a famous financial trainer and author, asks a simple question, If you were to lose your job today, would you lose 100% of you income, do you have multiple streams of income today.  I agree with Robert Allan and I Have decided to do something about my own financial situation, so here is the answer. Relationship Marketing, What is that, there is a major shift taking place throughout the world in the way business is being conducted. Traditionally a manufacturer makes a product, then sends them through a maze of wholesalers and distributors, known as middle men, this has been the standard for a long time but, thing’s are changing, why? Because only 25% of the selling price gets back to the manufacturer, the middle men eat up the rest.  Manufacturers are now realising that if they could take their products direct to you the consumer they can provide higher quality and a better price, they do that through relationship marketing.  If you see a fantastic film or eat at a good restaurant, you tell people about it don’t you, when they go and see the film or eat at that restaurant, do you get paid for that? No, offcourse not, but, you still recommend and share with others anyway, so why not get paid for it. Relationship marketing works. A major financial publication "Investors Business Daily" published an article highlighting USANA’s unique and successful approach to distribute it’s Products, USANA’s products and I quote "are not found in special nutritional stores much less at chemist’s or major grocery retailers" they are sold through a network of independent distributors and that network is growing fast.  USANA’s base of active sellers jumped by 42%, it’s sales claimed 50% following a 131% gain the year before.  Like I said relationship marketing works and more and more people and institutions are taking notice, that’s the reason relationship marketing is powerful, you recommend and you get paid for it, its word of mouth advertising, in other words you are telling other people about it, that’s why it’s called relationship Marketing, you are rewarded for using the products and recommending them to other people.  Also the saving’s and the quality of the product increase as there are not so many expenses for the manufacturer, therefore the saving’s are directly passed on to you. In USANA you will be rewarded for relationship marketing  Now let me tell you what relationship marketing provides, first of all it’s a home based Business, it’s great to work from home because you don’t have to commute, if one day you don’t want to get up early, you just want sleep in, you can do That. Time and financial freedom, not many people have that today.   Relationship marketing does not require a lot of specialised skills, that’s the beauty of it, anybody can do this, it can give you an additional stream of income, that can be residual, similar to book author’s or actors, who are often paid many time in the future for a book or acting role they produce today. Your USANA business could provide extra income even when you go on holidays, go back to school, retire or whatever; you could still keep earning. Well here’s an example: The millions of baby boomers who want to look younger, healthier, and stronger and are buying more than at anytime in history.  The baby born during the peace time boom after world war two are now turning age 50 they are interested in their health, now more than ever and you can capitalise on this trend with USANA.  One of are representatives Pete Zdenis was featured in success magazine, he was made redundant from a major company but, he was able to replace his income through his efforts with USANA, instead of being down and out he is souring with his new career. What are the factors you want to look for in evaluating a home based? So who is USANA?  USANA was founded by a world famous scientist Dr Myron Wentz, He earned his degree in miro-biology and immunology from the Utah University medical school.  Dr Wentz is renowned for his expertise in growing human cell cultures.  In 1974 he founded Gull laboratories with the intention of developing test kits for diagnosing infective diseases, Dr Wentz invented the first commercially available diagnostic test kit for the Epstein – Barr virus and now many hospitals around the world use products developed by Gull laboratories.  Because Dr Wentz knew how to make human cells not only grow and stay alive but, also thrive, he knew that his own cells in his body needed the optimum nutrition.
