Help: Need a bitchy funny male Shakespearean monologue

Question:

Hey gang, Sorry I’ve bee away so long. Just like the subject says. Can anyone recomend a piece that meets the criteria? DQ? Either post or e-me. Thanks, Chandler:)

Sorry to jump in so late, Chan… Malvolio’s great, but the auditors will have seen it 18,675 times, know it by rote and immediately compare you to the 15 RSC guys they saw do it.  Look at "Cymbeline", the role of Cloten; a prince who’s going for a princess who loves a common man, Posthumus.  Specifically the speech where he lists all the ways he’s obviously superior to the poor beggar, works himself into a frenzy of self-aggrandizing, and rails at the injustice of being too damn incredible for his own good. (Speech starts with "I am near to the place where they should meet…") Really bitchy, really funny, and will get the auditor’s attention. They haven’t heard the jokes, probably never read the play.  Just my two cents. Break thy leg, –Wall

I don’t think Deeq was a character in Shakespeare, nor is she funny. She might be male, tho. Thanks Carl, but when I think long monologue in this NG I tend to think Deek. (Whom I truly adore). Chan:)

<LOL If I wasn’t laughing so hard I’d smack you. <g

Channie! Malvolio was recommended to you, which would be my first choice as well, but if that character, a really pompous, officious jerk with airs of being his own better doesn’t appeal to you, you might think about the quintessential Shakespearean mocker, Falstaff.
