casting for short film in north west england

well, i’m really fuckin sorry but thats what the part calls for. i’m not anti-ugly, but how can i deal with temptation without having people who are moderately good looking, taking into consideration that the script does not give enough dialogue to "get to know" the characters, therefore physical attraction is the only obvious choice, which is what i’m going for.

Attraction is not dependant on physical beauty. Perpetuating this in a script does the profession no favours. I’m not talking about ugly people per se, just REAL people.

I wouldn’t take it personal Michael, there are many actors who haven’t accepted the phrase "you just aren’t right for the part".  I am sure there are plenty of beautiful people out there. BTW, will you be paying for travel and accommodations?

on the travel and accomadation thing, well, for one, where do you live, and i have a spare room, you can stay in that if you like, or we may be able to arrange something at a small hotel. we’re on a very tight budget, so it might be hard to pay shitloads. but don’t worry, i’m sure i’ll figure something out!
