Although you meant no harm, your blurb above might do little to advance my cause. OTOH, Mr Reagan’s defection from his life long roots as a Democratic activist and his about face in joining the ranks of Evil Empire #2, certainly gives one pause about what might have been the true nature of this beast in the first place.   Our pet solicitors have looked into this action and their clarke has pointed out an obvious stumbling block:   He said " …dumbER…" and not any speciic amount dumber so there has been no cause to claim defamation. I can’t help myself: I have to ask, do tell, what was his name?  :-) Let’s see, University of Arkansas, she was a student in the early 70’s, small little law school, everyone knew everyone else, what was that profs’ name, he left to run for Arkansas Atty General,   what was his name… Oh, yes, now I remember.  William Jefferson Clinton.

Stop-Press: Notwithstanding a judicial investigation into Independendent Counsel Starr’s little judicial fibber while getting Department of Justice permission for one of   his interminable follow-on investigations, an Arkansas Circuit Judge is considering the possibility of trying to exact a penalty on the Head of the Executive Branch  for  "bringing the Legal System into Disrepute" I give her great credit: she didn’t mention the Constitution ONCE!  This, after a whisper in her ear, from one of the intransigent former Congressional Managers, apparently. Asa Hutchinson during Clinton’s Senate trial. "Hutchinson asked Wright to give testimony in the impeachment case. She declined, but her law clerk provided an affidavit.
